For some people having their own transport is essential. Whether your job requires you to drive or just having the freedom to travel where and when you want is something that a lot of us depend on in our daily lives.

Why Choose Us For Driving Lessons, Let's Get Started

How many lessons does it take to pass your driving test?

According to the Driving Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), you'll need around 44 hours of professional driving lessons to pass your driving test. This is just an average figure, it's important to remember that everyone is different. When you are trying to figure out how many lessons are required then there is no one better qualified to help you then an approved driving instructor. Our driving instructors will assess your abilities and tell you how many lessons they think you're going to need to get to test standard.

Am I ready for my driving test?

Our driving instructors will make sure you are ready for your practical driving test by taking some practical mock tests with you on your driving lessons. This is to ensure you are ready for your driving test and to make sure your driving abilities meet the current test standard.

Should I learn to drive a manual or automatic?

This is a very common question new drivers face. There are benefits and downsides to both choices. Learning to drive and passing your driving test in a car with manual gearbox means you can drive both manual and automatic vehicles on the same license. Passing your driving test in a car with an automatic gearbox means you can only drive automatic vehicles on your license. Most of our pupils choose to learn in a car with manual gearbox because when they pass their practical driving test, they have the option to drive manual or automatic vehicles.
